The Pacific Northwest is stunning year-round — a true photographer’s dream. From rugged coastlines and serene lakes to majestic mountains, cascading waterfalls, lush forests, and even desert landscapes, this region offers an incredible variety of natural beauty to explore and capture. Canada
I have a deep love for traveling, and being just six hours from Vancouver, BC makes it an easy and exciting getaway. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting several times, exploring the stunning glacial landscapes and even taking a trip to beautiful Victoria Island. Photographing fruits and vegetables is so much fun — they’re vibrant, colorful, and come in all shapes and sizes. Each one offers something unique, whether whole, sliced, or juiced, making them perfect subjects for creative shots. This style of photography is known as still life, similar to classic fine art paintings of fruit bowls — only now, we capture them through the lens instead of with a brush. I’m excited to explore more still life photography with fruits and veggies!
Cancun
During a vacation to Cancun with my mom, I couldn’t resist bringing my photographer’s eye along. While the trip was all about relaxation and fun, I found myself waking up before sunrise to capture the stunning scenery in the perfect light. These images reflect the true beauty of Cancun — carefully edited to preserve the natural colors and atmosphere. No heavy presets here, just authentic photography and thoughtful post-processing to showcase the vibrant, tropical landscape.
Mt. rainier
My visit to Mount Rainier was a truly unforgettable experience — a perfect blend of natural beauty and dramatic atmosphere. It was my only trip there so far, and the landscape was nothing short of breathtaking. Low-hanging clouds drifted through the trees and across the peaks, creating a dark, moody setting, while occasional bursts of sunlight broke through, highlighting the snow-covered summit. Every moment offered a new perspective, making it a dream location for landscape photography in the Pacific Northwest.
